Job Responsibilities:
1. Be familiar with the medical beauty industry and master the operation mode of prosthetic materials.
2. Participate in setting team sales target, making team sales plan, training and supervise subordinates to finish sales tasks.
3. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of the staff of the department;
4. Responsible for the organization's sales operation, including planning, organization, progress control and summary;
5. Set up sales targets, sales models, and sales strategy;
6. Establish and manage sales team to complete sales target.
Qualifications:
1. Junior college or above;
2. Over three years of experience in sales of medical products is preferred;
3. Be Familiar with medical and beauty agencies in Jiangsu Province (Nanjing, Jiangsu), Anhui Province (Hefei), and have high-quality customer resources are preferred;
4. Have strong promotion ability, good interpersonal communication and coordination ability, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems;
5. With a strong career ambition and determinate leadership.
(二)Salesman (Anhui, Jiangsu)
Job Responsibilities:
1.Be familiar with the medical beauty industry and master the operation mode of prosthetic materials.
2. Participate in all sales-related activities, implement sales strategy and sales plans, and achieve sales target;
3. Keep in touch with various departments of the plastic surgery hospital, follow up the needs and provide support to improve the use of products in the hospital;
4. Independently develop potential customers, promote products, and achieve product entry;
5. Have a good knowledge of the market situation, promptly report to the superiors about situation of the competitors and the market dynamics, and propose reasonable proposals;
6. Set and implement the sales plan of the hospitals in the district, organize various promotion activities of the hospital, and ensure the completion of sales task target;
7. Collect and feedback customer information and market conditions in time.
Qualifications:
1. Junior college or above;
2. Strong independent working and social skills, good communication, coordination and teamwork skills;
3. Over three years of experience in sales of medical products are preferred;
